Dates: Men’s - Jan 15-17 Ladies’ - Jan 22-24
We still need someone to be the Director for the Men’s Governor’s Cup.
Wes Brown has agreed to Co-Direct the Lady’s Cup. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Wes & our Men’s Director will need lots of volunteers to pull-off the Governor’s Cup. To take-on the Men’s Director position, contact Alan. To contact Wes on the Lady’s side, call 863-6478 or email at wsbrown@suddenlink.net
We currently have OVER 60 TEAMS that will be participating in these tournaments… lots of work to be done!!
Below is a list of areas where volunteers are needed.
The following items need to be coordinated amongst the various volunteers who said they could help with the event:
- Site Directors (1 each for Eagle Field, GHS Practice, Southwestern, & McMaster) - Concessions @ Eagle Field (work with Concession Coordinators) - Hospitality Coordinators - Hospitality Tents for each field location - Hospitality Tent—food donations and workers - Ball handlers (shaggers) coordination - Communications - Golf Carts to be utilized at sites - Team Water jugs and ice - General help at each site
