Coach Kidd—Varsity Boys

Here at GHS, we are looking forward to the 2008 soccer campaign.  Again, we have a difficult preseason schedule followed by a district that should be as competitive as any in the state.  It is our goal to once again make it to the playoffs.  This will be a battle to achieve since our district is getting more and more competitive every year!  So, sit back, buckle-up and enjoy the ride!

 

Coach Litterst—JV/Freshmen Boys

The JV & Freshman teams are always expected to be winners!  It is expected of me and I know it’s expected of the players.  This year, we plan to have a level of play that will be VERY exciting to watch and we’re planning on a very successful season.

 

Coach Spruill—JV Girls

The 2008 edition of the Lady Eagles JV will be VERY fun to watch!   The combination of 9th, 10th, and 11th grade players have been working very hard, improving their skills, and are well-conditioned for this season.  Bring your coats, your blankets, and your rain-gear this season — even though it will be HOT on the field, it will still be cold in the bleachers.

Coach McBride— Varsity Ladies

Coach McBride comes to us beginning in the 2008 season from being the Men’s Soccer Head Coach at Amarillo High School.  The Amarillo team has been District champs for 5 of the last 6 years (the year they were NOT champs, they were 2^nd place.)  In addition, Coach McBride is ALSO currently the Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach for West Texas State.  We welcome Coach McBride and his family to Georgetown and hope that he has lots of success!
