All
parents are strongly encouraged to participate and serve via working in
the concession stand ! It's an easy and enjoyable time of working with
others and helping out with the entire soccer program.
Game night, one of the workers needs to be at the field about 30 minutes before the first game to set up — water heating for hot chocolate and coffee, popcorn, ice down the drinks, put out candy and chips etc... People WILL be arriving and buying before the game starts. Concession Stand duty during Preseason & District games will be even easier than in past years. We will have less set up & clean up since we will be having pizza delivered and will only be serving hot dogs. We will only be selling sausages, nacho cheese and chili, during the Governor's Cups & the State Tournament.
Cleaning up is pretty quick and painless —especially if everyone chips in just a little!
In addition to the home games, the concession coordinators will assist the Governor’s Cup Directors in making sure Eagle Field concession stand is covered during these tournaments—along with coverage during the State Soccer Tournament.
